01 Who we are

The website turbolab.digital belongs to TURBO LAB, a systematic B2B marketing agency. We are the controller of the personal data you submit on this site.

The controller's registration details (sole proprietor) will be added once provided by the client.

02 What data we collect

We process only what you enter in the enquiry form:

• your name;
• company or website (optional);
• phone number;
• email;
• your message (optional);
• the service you selected.

Along with the enquiry we automatically store technical data: date and time of submission, IP address and browser string. This is needed to protect the form from spam and automated submissions.

03 Why we use it

• to contact you about your enquiry;
• to clarify the task and prepare a proposal;
• to keep an internal record of enquiries.

We do not use your data for newsletters without separate consent, and we never sell it or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

04 Legal basis

The basis is your consent, given by ticking the checkbox before submitting the form (Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”). You may withdraw consent at any time — see section 08.

05 Who receives the data

The enquiry is stored in a protected database on the server of our hosting provider (Railway). A notification about each new enquiry is delivered to our staff in a private Telegram workspace — only administrators added to it have access.

If your enquiry leads to a contract, the data may be transferred to a CRM system used to run the project. Otherwise we do not share data with third parties, except where required by law.

06 How long we keep it

Data is kept while we work on your enquiry and for the period required to perform the contract and comply with legal requirements. If no cooperation follows, the data is kept for no longer than 12 months and then deleted.

• to access your data;
• to have inaccurate data corrected;
• to have your data deleted;
• to withdraw your consent;
• to lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

08 Cookies and analytics

This site uses no advertising trackers, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or other third-party scripts that follow visitors. We set no marketing cookies. If analytics is added later, this section will be updated and a cookie notice will appear on the site.
